If you need a cell phone number directory, you are going to be disappointed–there is no such thing. But there are sites that look up individual numbers. Our bonding company has had good luck with CellularTrace.com. I doubt anyone can find info as old as you need, though, as the numbers get recycled and the old subscriber info is purged.
